About The Position

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash. Team members fulfill customer orders in a brick-and-mortar store for Dashers to deliver. As a Shift Lead, you work within a local fulfillment center to support Site Management, run effective shifts, and delegate tasks. You are responsible for order fulfillment and inventory in a warehouse environment; at some locations, the role also involves preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You also help ensure accurate, high-quality orders and smooth Dasher pickups, communicate with customers when issues arise, and contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience. This is an active, physical role. You may need to stand for extended periods, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 pounds, depending on site needs. The schedule requires flexibility to work a number of different shifts each week, according to the hiring site's scheduling needs.
