About The Position

The Shift Lead supports restaurant management and guides team members in delivering friendly, thoughtful service in a clean, engaging environment. New Shift Leads first train as team members during a trial period and take on full lead responsibilities after learning all duties.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests to ensure service excellence and embody the core values of Shine, Compassion, and Drive.
Assist with daily food preparation and service.
Prepare items according to par levels and follow cleaning and prep checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Complete shift administration tasks.
Ensure compliance with health department cleanliness and food safety regulations.
Oversee team break schedules.
Conduct regular inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully stocked.
Communicate with the back-of-house team to support timely food preparation.
Perform taste tests to maintain quality standards.
Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
