About The Position

Shift Leads provide customers with Lidl’s shopping experience and participate in every part of store operations, including stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, non-food merchandising, and more. When serving as the store’s responsible person, the Shift Lead runs assigned shifts in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and helps ensure smooth, efficient operations. The position requires flexibility to work shifts starting at 5 a.m. or ending at 11 p.m., including weekends. Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Run assigned shifts as the store responsible person in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Unpack incoming deliveries at a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at registers and throughout the store, answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the entire store clean and organized, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional setup.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and help complete tasks as needed.
