About The Position

The Shift Lead supports daily operations at a ModWash location, including opening and closing responsibilities when scheduled. The role works with the team to drive membership sales and provide guests with an outstanding car wash experience. The Shift Lead explains the value and savings of unlimited wash memberships, helps customers choose packages that suit their needs, supports team productivity and safety, and helps maintain site standards, equipment, and clean facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests with package and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain the site's service standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
