About The Position

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous, general-purpose humanoid robots for home and commercial markets. The Shift Coordinator leads the Humanoid Robot Operator team and owns shift results, setting priorities and keeping robots running for real commercial use cases. The coordinator makes operational decisions when engineering support is limited, resolves issues as they arise, and provides the day team with a clear, accurate account of the shift. The position works a swing shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, five days per week, including a mandatory weekend shift, with two days off. Initial training is provided at company headquarters. The posting gives two training schedules: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and a one-week training process Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a contract-to-hire position intended to transition to full-time employment. The stated US base pay rate for the full-time position is $35.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; additional compensation or benefits may depend on the specific role and are shared if an offer is extended.
