About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Shift/Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to support older adults in its communities. The role includes assisting residents with mobility and daily living activities, helping schedule caregivers, supervising the medication program, and serving as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians. The nurse will work with community leaders and team members to solve problems and demonstrate ethical behavior. On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement are provided.

A current state-issued Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing is required. The stated wage range is $30.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Hold a state-issued nurse license.
• Be a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist with scheduling caregivers and supervise the medication program.
• Act as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
