About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Shift/Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to support older adults in its communities. The role assists residents with mobility and daily living activities, supports caregiver scheduling and medication-program supervision, and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians. A current state-issued nurse license in good standing is required. Atria provides additional on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement. The stated wage range is $27.00–$32.40 per hour, dependent on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Current state-issued Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist with scheduling caregivers and supervising the medication program.
• Serve as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and demonstrate ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue career growth and advancement opportunities.
