About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Shift/Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to support older adults in its communities. The role assists residents with mobility and activities of daily living, supports caregiver scheduling and medication-program supervision, and serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians. Requirements

• Hold a state-issued nurse license.
• Be a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility needs and activities of daily living, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist with scheduling caregivers and supervising the medication program.
• Act as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
