About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Shift/Charge Nurse who is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role supports older adults with mobility needs and daily living activities, helps schedule caregivers, supervises the medication program, and serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians. Atria provides on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement. The wage range is $30.00 to $36.00 per hour, dependent on prior work history and experience. Requirements

• Hold a state-issued nurse license.
• Be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist in scheduling caregivers.
• Supervise the medication program.
• Act as a liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
• Complete on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
