Shift/Charge Nurse - LVN/LPN
About The Position
Atria Senior Living is hiring an LVN/LPN to support older adults in its communities. The role includes assisting residents with mobility and daily living activities, helping schedule and supervise caregivers and the medication program, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians. Atria provides on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement. The position requires a current state-issued Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing. The stated wage range is $32.00–$38.40 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

- Current state-issued Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Assist older adults with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
- Assist in scheduling caregivers and supervising the medication program.
- Act as a liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, their families, and physicians.
- Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
- Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
