The Shelter Advocate assists the shelter supervisor with daily shelter operations. This role involves preparing rooms for clients, facilitating sleeping arrangements and storage of personal items, and monitoring shower and laundry schedules. The advocate is responsible for maintaining order, ensuring assigned areas are clean and free of hazards, and checking client activities and chores. A $1 shift differential is paid for all 3rd shift hours. These are awake positions.
