Requirements

Ability to comprehend technical documents and safety procedures
Manual dexterity and physical capability to handle, lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Commitment to safe and efficient work practices
Willingness and ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or weekend); initial training on 1st shift required
Must be able to work in Greenville, SC

Sheet metal fabrication

Familiarity with hazardous materials handling

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints to lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies for F-16 aircraft
Utilize precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and quality
Adhere to safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Work on/in aircraft using hands, arms, and appropriate tools
Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, lift, and perform overhead/repetitive movements regularly
Maintain a clean, FOD-free work area, adhering to hazardous material handling and disposal protocols
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adapt to exposure to vibration and various physical demands
Support mission-essential functions and perform other assigned duties as needed
