About The Position

The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams. This role requires expertise in optimizing, tuning, and planning capacity of SharePoint farms, as well as troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. The position involves working with complex SharePoint farms in distributed environments and building Hybrid solutions with O365 services. The administrator will also manage IIS-based solutions, perform SharePoint patch management, and handle security aspects related to authentication flows and SSL certificates. Experience in restricted environments and with ticketing systems is also essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of SharePoint technology.
  • Practical experience with other SharePoint related technologies.
  • Practical experience in deployment and maintenance of IIS based solutions.
  • Experience in administration of complex SharePoint farms deployed in distributed environments.
  • Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of SharePoint farms.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 platform including SharePoint Online, OneDrive and MS Teams, Azure AD, and Azure logic apps and Exchange ecosystem.
  • Experience in building Hybrid solutions with O365 services (especially SharePoint Hybrid).
  • Experience in SharePoint patch management.
  • Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent.
  • Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
  • Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with the ShareGate Migration Tool.
  • Experience installing and administering Netcompany’s GetOrganized ECM.
  • Experience deploying .sppkg files to the App Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 authentication flows.
  • Competence in managing SSL certificates and metadata exchange between the Service Provider and the Identity Provider.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Active directory tiering model.
  • Experience in working in Restricted environments.
  • Minimum English language skills (CEFR): B2.
  • Valid RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED security clearance from the first day of assignment.
