About The Position

The MDM Administrator will be responsible for the centralized management of a large-scale mobile device environment, exceeding a thousand devices. This role involves daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and the planning and distribution of operating systems and applications. The administrator will also be responsible for scripting, configuration distribution, enforcing security policies, reporting on compliance, and proposing configuration improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum level of education: Level 4.
  • English language skills (CEFR): C1.
  • Minimum IT relevant experience: 5 years (2 years in relevant/similar IT roles).
  • Excellent knowledge of centralized mobile device management solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile device configuration standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT security standards.
  • Experience in large-scale deployment and administration of mobile device management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
  • Knowledge of end-user IT infrastructure.
  • At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture.
  • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of iOS device configuration.
  • Excellent knowledge of iOS security.
  • Knowledge of iOS application distribution (third-party and Line of Business apps).
  • Excellent practical knowledge of JAMF solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Centralised management of the large scale mobile device environment (where the number of mobile devices is more than thousand).
  • Daily mobile devices administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting).
  • Planning and preparing distribution of operating systems.
  • Planning and preparing distribution of applications.
  • Performing scripting and configurations distribution.
  • Enforcing and monitoring application of the security policies.
  • Reporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance status.
  • Advising, proposing and implementing proposing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades.
