Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and increase profits
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Negotiate, close deals, and maintain key client relationships
  • Create accurate and detailed sales proposals for smooth installations
  • Provide comprehensive product and pricing details to customers
  • Promote MillTown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to generate referrals
  • Participate actively in training sessions
  • Understand the market area and customer needs thoroughly
  • Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals
  • Be available for weekend work as required
