About The Position
J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a skilled Sewer Sales Specialist. This role is for an individual who possesses strong knowledge of sewer systems, can effectively communicate complex problems without causing alarm, and enjoys guiding homeowners in making informed decisions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-friendly way
- Experience in sales or consultative roles within plumbing or related industries
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate sewer and drain diagnostics using advanced tools and techniques. Identify issues and recommend the best solutions for repair or replacement.
- Educate customers on findings, explain options clearly, and provide honest, professional recommendations that align with their needs and budget.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of sewer and drain projects.
- Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and a customer-first approach. Maintain professionalism in every interaction.
