About The Position

Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round work opportunity with weekend availability. The role involves following up on plumbing-related service calls and offers an uncapped commission structure. A take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet are provided. Insurance is available after 31 days, including low-cost medical (as low as $5/week), dental, vision, and HSA/FSA options. Additionally, a 401(k) with company match, 13 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance are offered. Ongoing training and professional development are also provided.

Requirements

Residential plumbing experience required
Comfortable using camera inspection equipment
Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
Strong communication and customer presentation skills

Nice To Haves

Prior in-home sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues.
Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement—including excavation if necessary.
This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.
