About The Position

Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience. This role involves meeting with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues. You will use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement, including excavation if necessary. This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.

Requirements

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Comfortable using camera inspection equipment
• Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
