This role involves working with various materials, including vinyl, clear vinyl, and carpet, to produce high-quality products that meet manufacturing specifications. Requirements

Previous experience in sewing or upholstery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and handling various fabrics, including vinyl and carpet.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to patterns and measurements.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and handle repetitive tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sewing and upholstery processes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in sewing tasks.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble boat components, ensuring precision and quality.
Cut, fit, and handle various fabrics and materials, including vinyl, clear vinyl, and carpet.
Follow patterns and measurements accurately to maintain consistency in the final product.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
