This course invites students to explore, analyze and compare educational themes and topics within a global context. Using leading frameworks of transformative change, students develop knowledge, apply critical thinking, practice cultural proficiency and empathy as they conduct a comparative analysis of teaching and learning models in both an international and local setting. The estimated course enrolment is 80 students with no TA support. The class schedule is Fridays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The mode of instruction is expected to be in-person, but may change. Sessional dates of appointment are September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
