Servicing Manager-Residential Loan Servicing
About The Position
ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Servicing Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The Servicing Manager will provide leadership and oversight of residential mortgage servicing operations, with responsibility for ensuring effective loan administration, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational performance. This position will oversee servicing personnel and processes while monitoring loan portfolios for performance, compliance, and potential servicing issues. The Servicing Manager will work closely with operational and program leadership to resolve complex loan issues, identify trends, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in loan servicing and a strong understanding of residential mortgage products, servicing systems, regulatory requirements, and delinquency/default management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory loan operations or mortgage servicing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of residential mortgage and loan products.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to mortgage servicing.
- Experience with mortgage servicing software and related systems.
- Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex loan servicing issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee residential loan servicing operations and personnel.
- Monitor servicing performance, quality, and compliance.
- Analyze loan and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the resolution of complex servicing issues and escalated loan matters.
- Ensure servicing activities comply with applicable federal and state requirements.
- Develop and implement operational improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor delinquencies and servicing performance and coordinate appropriate action.
- Prepare reports and performance information for program leadership.
