Operations Manager-Residential Loan Servicing
About The Position
ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day mortgage and loan servicing operations, ensuring teams operate efficiently while meeting established performance, quality, compliance, and customer service requirements. The Operations Manager will provide leadership and direction to operational teams, monitor performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow. This position will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve complex loan issues, improve operational efficiency, and support a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience within loan or mortgage servicing and a strong understanding of mortgage lending, servicing systems, regulatory requirements, and government or investor-backed loan products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive supervisory experience in loan or mortgage servicing.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and lending operations.
- Experience with loan origination and mortgage servicing systems.
- Knowledge of applicable federal mortgage regulations, including TILA/RESPA and FACT Act requirements.
- Familiarity with LOS platforms and major mortgage origination systems.
- Understanding of government and GSE-backed loan products and investor guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily residential loan servicing and related operational activities.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate operational personnel.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate across departments to resolve complex loan and servicing issues.
- Support compliance with applicable federal regulations and mortgage servicing requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize mortgage servicing, loan origination, and related technology platforms.
- Provide operational reporting and recommendations to program leadership.
