About The Position

As a Senior Analyst, Service Operations, you will support the growth and evolution of Best Buy's Professional Services business by developing and optimizing business capabilities that improve the customer and employee experience. In this role, you'll partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and implement processes that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You'll help shape end-to-end customer journeys while translating business needs into actionable plans and technical requirements. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing cross-functional teams, and bringing ideas to life, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. Requirements

• 3+ years of retail, operations, or related business experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects, initiatives, or process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders, including influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners to execute business objectives and drive results.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities, projects, or deliverables in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience supporting business process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
• 2+ years of experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and operational processes.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with technology teams to support the development, implementation, or enhancement of business solutions.
• 2+ years of experience using data and reporting tools to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
