The Services Engagement Manager will assist with managing all aspects of Professional Services engagements, including engagement logistics, assumptions, and pre-requisites for both the client and Semperis consultants to define a clear understanding of project goals, objectives, and scope to ensure delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in managing cyber security delivery engagements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer conversations aligning to Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Understanding on task/project management structures along with building and tracking work breakdown structures.
  • Ability to work remotely on worldwide projects

Nice To Haves

  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with PSA tools, particularly Certinia/FinancialForce
  • Prior experience at a Cyber Security software or consultancy is highly desired.
  • Certifications in Microsoft and Identity solutions are highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Risk Management – Identify, assess and mitigate project risks & developing contingency plans
  • Budget – Baseline and monitor financial heal of projects with developing estimates for hours and any costs associated with the engagements and match to initial budget amounts Engage with Finance team to ensure revenue recognition forecasting and revenue recognition are accurate
  • Task Assignment – Assign Project tasks and responsibilities to the team members ensuring clear understanding on expectations
  • Project Planning & Progress Monitoring - Regularly review project progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure projects meet quality standards and that all tasks and deliverables have been completed.
  • Communication – Engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives and expectations are managed.
  • PSA Management – Build and manage projects using Semperis PSA toolset as well as assisting in improved workflows, financial forecasting and reporting methods within these tools.
