About The Position

SunSoft Online is seeking a ServiceNow Technology Lead to serve as the primary technical owner of the AtoZ Portal ServiceNow implementation. AtoZ Arizona is a state-led initiative creating a centralized portal connecting Arizona citizens to state services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years ServiceNow experience as developer, architect, or technical lead - must be on resume
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans - must be on resume
  • ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflows, scripting, and platform best practices
  • Experience overseeing vendor development teams
  • Strong communication skills - ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Local Phoenix AZ only - current city and state must be on resume or will be rejected
  • Available for in-person interview within 1 week of May 29
  • Must start within 2 weeks of offer
  • Must be eligible to convert to FTE - contract to hire
  • No visa sponsorship - US Citizen or Green Card only
  • Background check AND drug screening required (HireRight)
  • Resume, R2R, Cover Letter, and Meets Work Location confirmation required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical owner of AtoZ ServiceNow implementation
  • Oversee and manage ServiceNow technical backlog in Jira
  • Review and validate solution architecture, workflows, and technical decisions from vendor teams
  • Provide hands-on configuration and development support as needed
  • Act as main technical point of contact between AtoZ and vendor development teams
  • Support agency onboarding with ServiceNow expertise including notifications, workflows, catalog, and routing
  • Collaborate with Identity Platform teams on authentication and SSO
  • Lead platform upgrades, modernization efforts, and release cycles
  • Prepare technical stories, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and workflow maps
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
