Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Proven track record in ITSM/ITOM implementations and platform governance.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform usage.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee platform architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate new ServiceNow modules and features for adoption.
  • Ensure scalability and performance optimization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and ServiceNow developers.
  • Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.
  • Communicate platform updates and changes to stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes for the platform.
  • Provide guidance to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and process owners.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party support contracts.
