About The Position

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT capabilities by configuring, supporting, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. The role translates business requirements into technical user stories, manages workflow design, performs system administration, and supports ITSM operations. This is a pipeline requisition for future opportunities; there may not be an active opening at this time. The position leads solution design and requirement decomposition, turns mission and business needs into technically sound ServiceNow designs, and works with stakeholders, engineers, developers, and architects to deliver scalable solutions aligned with platform standards. It produces implementation-ready design artifacts, favors out-of-the-box approaches where practical, and supports testing and validation. The posting lists Level 3 and Level 4 salary ranges. HII considers factors including role function, education or training, work experience, and skills when extending an offer. A TS/SCI clearance is required at hire, with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
