About The Position

The ServiceNow Solutions Analyst will help evolve the CACI All Spark Multi-sourcing Services Integration environment for a Government customer. The role identifies, analyzes, and develops solutions for complex service integration across a multi-stakeholder ecosystem, using ServiceNow for service management, workflow orchestration, data exchange, and operational visibility. The analyst translates business and service-management requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solutions. This senior-level position designs end-to-end service integration across a multi-sourced service delivery environment and coordinates with the SIAM Lead and service providers to identify requirements, resolve process gaps, and align technical solutions with operational outcomes. The analyst helps leaders understand how service-management requirements, operational metrics, provider performance, and ServiceNow design connect throughout concept, implementation, and operational transition. The role facilitates solution-design workshops; works with Practice Area leads to integrate processes, data, and workflows across ServiceNow and external platforms; documents architecture, interfaces, workflows, data mappings, and technical requirements; analyzes root causes of integration issues; and recommends durable technical and process improvements. It also guides integration design and implementation using APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, automated workflows, and platform-native patterns as applicable. Success requires initiative, curiosity, a continuous-improvement mindset, comfort with ambiguity, the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong systems thinking and analytical skills, and clear communication of complex technical and operational topics. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
