About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role is focused on hands-on configuration and development, including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions. The developer is expected to apply best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant, and to write maintainable code. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The stated annual salary range is $125,000–$140,000. Bright Vision Technologies cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position, though H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply alongside U.S. citizens, green card holders, and EAD holders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
