About The Position

Next Gen Software Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month W2 contract. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite, at one of the listed locations: Hartford, Connecticut; Raleigh, North Carolina; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Candidates must be prepared for one virtual interview and one in-person interview at the client location or nearest client campus.

The position focuses on ServiceNow platform development and administration, including ITSM, CMDB and data modeling, Discovery and Service Mapping, integrations, application development, user experiences, security, workflows, reporting, and instance upgrades and management.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience.
• W2 contract engagement.
• Candidates must be prepared to attend an in-person client interview at the client location or nearest client campus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with CMDB and data modeling.
• Perform Discovery and Service Mapping for ITOM.
• Develop scoped applications.
• Manage import sets, ETL, and transform maps.
• Build and support REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
• Work with ITSM, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and business rules.
• Develop or support Service Portal, UI Builder, and Next Experience.
• Configure security, including ACLs, roles, and domain separation.
• Use Flow Designer and workflow capabilities.
• Create reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Manage upgrades and ServiceNow instances.
