About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom-scoped applications. This role is on our Software Integration and Administration team, which consists of closely-knit team members who value diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience with Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub
  • Hands-on integration experience using MID Servers
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in scripting and automation, with strong system analysis and client-solution skills
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and platform configuration

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine Studio (AES)
  • Experience in application development, with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell preferred
  • Strong technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions (workflows, scripting, integrations, UI, and extensions).
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and upgrade-readiness using best practices.
  • Deliver production-ready solutions and balance declarative with programmatic development.
  • Architect and automate business processes while identifying needs through team coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and clients to meet quality standards.
  • Write and maintain high-quality code that remains stable through upgrades.
  • Proactively identify solutions to business-impacting IT issues.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements while acting as a bridge between infrastructure teams and end-users.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
