About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring for a talented ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow administration and development experience with expertise in ITSM modules, JavaScript, and platform support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB
  • Strong JavaScript experience
  • Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow issues
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Active ServiceNow CSA Certification (mandatory)

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow CIS Certification (SPM and/or APM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Certification

Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
  • Perform platform administration, monitoring, upgrades, and patching
  • Support Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB modules
  • Troubleshoot technical and performance-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Support production and non-production ServiceNow instances
  • Configure reports, dashboards, and system enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews and development discussions
  • Document issue resolutions and administrative processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements
