About The Position

Techoauth Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join their team in support of an enterprise IT environment. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, system administrators, and process owners, to design scalable solutions that improve business processes, enable automation, and enhance operational efficiency. The ServiceNow Developer will work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6 years of professional experience managing and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management (CIS-EM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD implementation
  • Experience in Amazon web services including EC2, S3 Buckets, Cloud Watch, Lambda, IAM
  • Developed critical components of the application using Spring framework (Spring boot, Spring MVC).
  • Developed the Security Microservice as part of platform implementation and used OAuth2, JWT token for authorization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business and operational requirements, leveraging modern best practices
  • Configure ServiceNow components, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, workflows, ACLs, and system properties, to enhance platform functionality and usability
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems and data sources using APIs, middleware, and scripted solutions
  • Build custom ServiceNow applications and modules to address unique organizational needs, providing scalable and efficient solutions
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery through automation
  • Perform diagnostics, issue resolution, and platform upgrades while minimizing service disruptions and ensuring system security
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, process owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into tailored platform solutions
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
  • Building and managing complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Mid Servers.
