About The Position

This role isn't about maintaining the status quo, it's about diagnosing what's broken, designing what's better, and leading the organization through the change required to get there. The Business Process Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of our enterprise platforms, with a mandate to drive large-scale transformation across clinical and operational functions. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business process consulting, enterprise architecture, or strategic IT leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, ITIL or a comparable process improvement methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. In lieu of degree: 7 years of experience plus a high school diploma.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building ROI models and data-driven business cases.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading organizational change management for enterprise platform implementations preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level sessions and translate strategic goals into actionable process roadmaps preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Responsibilities

  • Develop the enterprise-wide roadmap for process maturity.
  • Design "to-be" ecosystems that break down departmental silos and position ServiceNow as a unified engine for clinical and operational excellence.
  • Lead the organizational change management strategy for major platform transitions including cultural impact assessments and transition frameworks that protect continuity of pediatric patient care.
  • Facilitate high-level requirements-gathering sessions with executive leadership and clinical directors.
  • Assess competing business priorities and deliver expert recommendations on resource allocation, project feasibility, and technical alignment.
  • Establish and monitor global standards for process documentation and workflow logic.
  • Audit existing platform processes to identify systemic inefficiencies and technical debt.
  • Implement a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) framework across IT and business units.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for application in a pediatric healthcare environment.
  • Analyze complex data sets and process mining logs to surface hidden bottlenecks and performance gaps.
  • Build ROI models and business cases that quantify the value of proposed changes and give leadership the data they need to make confident decisions.
