The Business Process Consultant is responsible for identifying, shaping, and driving demand for end‑to‑end business process services and BPM solutions that align to client operational objectives. This role partners with customers to understand current‑state processes, pain points, and performance gaps, and translates those insights into integrated workflow, automation, and managed services strategies across multiple lines of business. Acting as a bridge between business outcomes and solution design, the consultant applies strong business, financial, and technical acumen to develop BPM‑led sales strategies and value cases. The role builds and manages senior relationships with key business and operations leaders, guiding them through process transformation initiatives. The consultant leads complex, process‑driven pursuits and bids by interpreting client requirements, understanding buying behaviors, and assembling differentiated solution and delivery approaches that improve efficiency, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and enhance service levels. Additionally, the role drives process‑level competitive intelligence, client maturity assessments, and strategic account planning to expand BPM opportunity portfolios and long‑term services pipeline.
