About The Position

Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ServiceNow workstreams. This role involves interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements, collaborating with development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications. The analyst will translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow, and support projects by capturing current state processes, pain points, and designing future state processes. Maintaining frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all project phases is crucial. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, staying current with ServiceNow products and industry trends, and conducting technical assessments to recommend improvements. Building functional work products like process maps and design documents, supporting product testing and training, and creating technical and functional documentation are key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

  • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Build functional work products such as, but not limited to, process maps, design documents, and communications.
  • Support functional product testing and training activities.
  • Create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
