About The Position

This role involves supporting ServiceNow workstreams by interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements. The Business Analyst will collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications. Key responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow, supporting projects by capturing current state processes and pain points, and designing future state processes. The role requires maintaining frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all project phases, collaborating closely with technical teams, and staying current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends. Additionally, the analyst will conduct technical assessments, provide recommendations for improving existing implementations, build functional work products (process maps, design documents, communications), support functional product testing and training, and create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • A Minimum of TWO (2) years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment
