This position focuses on managing the end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and retirement of software assets across the enterprise. The specialist will utilize ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to track software installations, license compliance, entitlements, and optimize usage. Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, performing data analysis, compiling financial and contractual data, recommending and enforcing SAM policies, responding to audit requests, onboarding new software titles, and identifying opportunities for software consolidation and cost reduction. The role also involves analyzing business processes, supporting system enhancements, and developing documentation and process improvements.
