About The Position

This role involves being a ServiceNow Architect / Sr. Developer with a specialization in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The position requires hands-on experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, design, and defining implementation roadmaps. The individual will be responsible for working within ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Development. A key aspect of the role is integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools for automation, data collection, and correlation, along with administration, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and CSDM is essential, including enterprise API development, workflow automation, and aligning with the Common Service Data Model for complete infrastructure visibility. Expert-level knowledge of ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro is required for comprehensive IT asset management, software license optimization, and hardware lifecycle management with automated discovery and reconciliation. The role also includes ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes, and performing CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture.
• Experience in working in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service mapping, and CMDB Development.
• ServiceNow Integration: ServiceNow ITOM integration with third-party tools automation, data collection and correlation, administration, configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, CSDM with comprehensive experience in enterprise API development, workflow automation, and Common Service Data Model alignment ensuring complete infrastructure visibility.
• Expert-level knowledge of ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro for comprehensive IT Asset Management, software license optimization, and hardware lifecycle management with automated discovery and reconciliation.
• Experience in CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance for CMDB workspace, CMDB and CSDM data foundation, discovery workspace, and CMDB health Dashboard.
• Industry Leading ServiceNow certifications – ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Admin, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and define implementation steps/road-map for enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture.
• Work in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service mapping, and CMDB Development.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools for automation, data collection, and correlation.
• Administer, configure, and customize ServiceNow.
• Develop enterprise APIs, automate workflows, and ensure Common Service Data Model alignment.
• Manage ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro for IT asset management, software license optimization, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.
• Perform CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance for CMDB workspace, CMDB and CSDM data foundation, discovery workspace, and CMDB health Dashboard.
