About The Position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for the USITC. This includes managing the ITSM Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role ensures accurate configuration item (CI) data, supports the catalog item lifecycle, and implements best practices for ITSM processes. Key responsibilities include workflow automation, implementation of platform improvements, add-ons, and new solutions like Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The administrator will partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, improve automation, and support platform governance.

Requirements

  • 3 -4 + years of ServiceNow administrations experience with ITSM modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMDB.
  • Working knowledge of configuration management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Attention to details and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with federal implementations and upgrades (FEDRAMP).
  • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations (REST, MID Server).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • ServiceNow HAM and SAM certifications
