Key responsibilities include workflow automation, implementation of platform improvements, add-ons, and new solutions like Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The administrator will partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, improve automation, and support platform governance.
