About The Position

Jiffy Lube Multicare, operated by Stonebriar Auto Services, is hiring full-time and part-time Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors (CSDs). The role involves working with guests to determine and recommend the diagnostic and mechanical services their vehicles need. Work must be completed safely and efficiently while delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to an energetic, fun work environment. Previous automotive service experience is preferred but not required; a current, valid driver's license is required.
