About The Position

All Roads Acura of Ellicott City is seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and friendly Automotive Service Advisor. This role serves as the central communication point for all repair activities, acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the dealership. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in automotive service, adept at managing customer expectations, and committed to consistent follow-up to ensure customers receive first-class service. Previous Acura or Honda experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service manager
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers
• Advise customers on the appropriate maintenance required to their vehicle based on manufacturer’s specifications
• Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion (CDK experience a plus)
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
• Establish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
• All other duties as assigned
