Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Enter and review service and warranty work orders.
• Schedule field service calls.
• Coordinate shop workflow.
• Check in equipment for repair.
• Assist customers.
• Work closely with sales and parts departments, as well as other branch locations, to ensure clear communication, efficient operations, and outstanding customer support.
