Requirements

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent experience for our customers.
Enter and review service and warranty work orders.
Schedule field service calls.
Coordinate shop workflow.
Check in equipment for repair.
Assist customers.
Work closely with the sales and parts departments, as well as other branch locations, to ensure clear communication, efficient operations, and outstanding customer support across all departments.
