About The Position

The Service Worker prepares and serves meals for patients at an assigned facility and ensures that facility rooms are clean and orderly. A Float Service Worker may travel between facilities as needed to provide coverage. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona.

Requirements

• A current Arizona driver’s license that is valid and in good standing.
• A clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• An Arizona Food Handlers card.
• A Level 1 Fingerprint Card for Women’s and Children’s programs and any additional facility where required; requirements vary by program.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to six months of food service or housekeeping experience preferred.
