About The Position

Lexus of Chandler, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is hiring Service Valets to support dealership operations. Also called Porters or Lot Attendants, Valets move vehicles as needed and keep the showroom and display lots neat and orderly. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience and learn how an automotive dealership operates in state-of-the-art facilities. The position follows standard business hours, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements

Ability to safely drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
Ability to work independently and complete assignments within instructions, routines, and accepted practices.
Ability to interact well with others and work effectively in a team and with a diverse group of people.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.
Individuals under 18 may not drive vehicles off dealership premises.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months or more of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
