About The Position

Lexus of Chandler, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is hiring Valets, also known as Porters or Lot Attendants. Valets support dealership operations by moving vehicles as needed and keeping the showroom and display lots neat and orderly. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience and learn about the inner workings of an automotive dealership with state-of-the-art facilities. The work takes place in a covered area and outdoors at times, where employees may encounter heat, cold, hazards, and noise. Standard business hours apply, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. The role requires safely driving vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions and performing physical activities including standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and grasping. Lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly may be required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license. Individuals under 18 may not drive vehicles off dealership premises. Some positions may require a good driving record. The hiring process typically includes a phone interview, several in-person interviews, background and reference checks, a driving record review, and a drug screen. Requirements

Able to safely drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.

Nice To Haves
