About The Position

Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is seeking a full-time, entry-level Service Valet to support its service team and provide customer service. The role offers an opportunity to gain automotive experience in a fast-paced dealership environment. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with shifts varying. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Neat and clean professional appearance.
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to their Service Advisor.
• Drive customer vehicles safely between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service Department to maintain an organized operation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire pressure.
• Provide complimentary vehicle washes as requested.
• Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers.
• Keep the service drive and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team as needed.
