About The Position

BMW of Sterling is hiring a Service Valet. The role supports dealership operations by welcoming customers, maintaining vehicle and lot cleanliness, preparing sold vehicles for delivery, and assisting with vehicle movement and lot organization. The position pays $17 per hour, with bonuses totaling $450. The schedule is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional Saturdays. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, including both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Maintain vehicle and lot cleanliness to support a safe, organized, and attractive dealership appearance.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery according to dealership standards and management instructions.
• Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
