About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Valet to join their Audi, BMW, and Porsche Team. This is an entry-level, full-time hourly position that provides training and opportunities for career growth within the automotive industry. The role involves ensuring vehicles are moved and parked correctly, providing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the service drive. Porters are responsible for safely driving Kendall vehicles and representing the brand.

Requirements

• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
• Good, clean driving record
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Moving and parking service vehicles as needed
• Communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients
• Directing service customers to the appropriate advisor
• Obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check-in process
• Retrieving parts and supplies
• Operating snow removal equipment
• Washing exterior of vehicles
• Vacuuming interiors of vehicles
• Performing janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable
